At Silverback Gymwear, we want you to feel confident in your gear. If your performance apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the products are in 'like-new' condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
